Product looks fine. Have no idea how to install it. Directions are for left hand out swing doors and mine is a right in swing. Templates are probably OK but the instructions do not tell you why to use one over the other. Instructions have several languages on same page so not many details that would be helpful.UDATE: Seller contacted me to help install unit. I sent them pictures of the door and they were able to send me the correct template. It is now installed and working.. Takes a little effort to open the door which is OK as it closes perfect.Great Customer Service.. ssss

Seems built well, easy to adjust, plenty of options for how you wish to install, operates smoothly. Was looking for a low profile option to avoid blocking the air curtain and this worked perfectly.

From the outside all of the units offered looked the same. But I still went with a mid-priced unit (this one). I found out that it requires a bit of extra pull compared to the spring hinges I previously had on the door. Adjusting was trial and error. But if you can install this then you'll figure it out OK. I'm curious if the higher priced units had less pull required to open...

Last year we had a violent gust of wind and it tore our old automatic door closer practically off our heavy wooden exterior door.We've replaced it with this one and no more wind gusts tearing the door out of our hands. This automatic door closer is so heavy duty it still closes the door even when we have the heavy duty gusts of 30 mph in the afternoon. Great product, this one is a keeper!
