Easy to assemble. Feels sturdy. I did see one of the arms wobble once I placed a fifth mug on a row, but it’s been up for a few days under the weight of all the mugs and has shown no indication of being under too much weight/stress. I almost ordered the $90 version of this from Pottery Barn but I’m glad I saved my money and ordered this one instead.

It was great! Very sturdy and holds a ton of mugs. Once it was on the wall, I never once doubted that it would be strong enough to hold all of our mugs.I loved it and my roommates did too. Some roommates have already moved out when I took this picture, but normally every single spot is taken and it’s very firm and in place. We didn’t even put it in a stud, it came with wall expanders and that was enough. It is a little difficult to put up. Me and my roommates couldn’t do it, but my dad and his power drill/screw driver did the trick! Once it’s up though, it’s fantastic!

This mug holder is great if you have a lot of mugs and need extra space to store them. It was a bit difficult to assemble due to the screws and hex nuts included being fairly small, but it is sturdy and does the job well nonetheless. As a note, it does not fit larger mugs super well, but it seems to be a case-by-case basis for me. Overall though, it is a great investment so far. Glad I can keep collecting more mugs without running out of space!

We've been looking for something like this for awhile. It was pretty easy to put together. MAKE SURE you tighten the screw and nut with BOTH tools supplied for the job, otherwise the hooks will sag under the weight. I'm VERY pleased with how it looks and how sturdy it feels! Will buy again for a second rack when we collect more cups!

This looks super nice, but the design of this rack is dumb. The racks need to be bolted in, but if you don’t get them tight enough, they twist and the cups can fall off, which happened to me. I hate returning things so I wanted to make these racks work because I do like how they look, so I bought metal glue and glued the racks into place and they are now super sturdy. If you want to buy these racks, add some JB Weld to your cart too.

I have a coffee obsession, when I bought this I thought I don't need it to hold 27 mugs I don't have that many. When I received it and put it together it was really easy took me 10 minutes and started placing my mugs on the wall I thought maybe I need a second one 🤣. Love how this makes my coffee bar look,my mugs can be seen and my tumblers for my ice coffee have a place to go as well. All my mugs aren't your average 6-12oz mugs but they all fit well. Super sturdy and my mugs look stunning ðŸ˜. Happy I'm able to see my mugs on a wall rather then in the cupboard. Now I can pick a mug and make my coffee in the morning and enjoy my beautiful mugs displayed.
