This sous vide container is the perfect size for home use and the price is right. The lid fits well. The clips provide a great way of hanging bags of food from the drop-in SS rack so that water can circulate around them and cook the food evenly. The neoprene sleeve is thinly insulated on the underside, so it is a good idea to place a folded towel underneath the container to protect whatever surface upon which the container sits from heat generated during cooking. Extra SS clips are cheap and readily available to help keep the bags aligned with water flow from the center-mounted sous vide machine by clipping loose ends of the bags. Silicone bags are ideal for this one.

The container is the right size 12 qt for me, and the included racks are great, I’m using them to hold down an eye roast. The sleeve will help to keep consistent temperature for the 135 degree water for a long 18-24 hour sous vide cook! My Anova fits perfectly in the cutout in the provided silicone lid. All said and done it’s an awesome piece and the included parts (divided racks, silicone lid and the sleeve) your getting your money’s worth!

This container was a nice size for sous vide cooking. It comes with a lid to prevent evaporation and a insulating cover for cold days. It's so much better than when I used to use a metal pot. I highly recommend.

Have been using this with an Inkbird sous vide unit, and experiences zero problems. It's the right size, easy to handle, maintains temps quite well, and so far has shown zero signs of any rust or wear on the metal parts, even though we have pretty hard tap water and I keep it full most of the time since we use it daily. For the price, you can't go wrong!

This container can hold so much more than the pot I had been using. The rectangular shape makes a huge difference. The sleeve and the cover insulate to keep the water temperature consistent.

This is a nice set - love the green/black insulator; so helpful as we never have had to add water as there is literally no evaporation with this covered set. Wish I had had it earlier. Nice size for what we need and seems very durable. I have gotten these for kid's gifts as well and they love them. I got them on a sale so at the price I paid I would highly recommend. Packaged well!
