Says it has red/blue lines but I received a plain one and no center cap

Rims came without red and blue pinstripe and no center cap. I'm disappointed they didn't match the other rims on my trailer and my old center caps wouldn't fit. Not what they were advertised to be,

These wheels look good and appear well made and strong. I am mounting them on our 5th wheel camper which weighs about 14,000 lbs. They even came with nice looking metal valve stems installed.
