Worked well on a dirt bike cylinder head, no issues, and the insert fit the tapped threads very well.. inner thread quality is spot on, plug threads in perfectly..

Used this on my 6+ year old stihl br600 backpack blower. Spark plug is M10x1.0. Would have been nice if it came with a drill bit; Luckily I have plenty. Tap seemed to be good quality and worked as expected. Make sure to grease up your bit and tap really well if you're doing a repair without disassembling the cylinder and piston: Metal shavings in the cylinder is bad.

Junk, these thread in and the spark plugs threads in however they are machines incorrectly so the insert will not be square with anything threaded in.....so a spark plugs would seal and might even break off. Don't buy!

It's a great idea, but I have never seen any plug that is small enough to fit any of these inserts. Better off to order E-Z Lok inserts. These fit real spark plugs!

Used this to repair stripped threads in a brake caliper.I had to cut down the insert but it worked perfectly.Gripes:Hilarious that 'Spark plug' is plastered across the item name/description/packaging for no reason.Tap is fine quality but if you are using this with a blind hole, you will also need a bottoming tap to get the bottom 1/2 in of the hole.
