Worked perfect to raise the aftermarket air filter on my1974 454 with a quadrajet carburetor. Now the accelerator pump no longer hits. Used just the 1/4" spacer. I bought a longer stud to hold the airfilter on. Stock one was going to be too short.

For someone looking to install in efforts to mock up an engine this would suffice. I would not trust the flimsiness of the product. This was for a dirt track truck. With the bouncing and jarring I do not see it staying in place. With the frequency of installing and removing, I do not think it will hold up. It served the purpose of setting up the air filter to confirm the height of aluminum spacer I need to use. Not sure I would trust it even on a street vehicle.

Great if you have a low-profile air cleaner assembly. Allows to not sit on the fuel feed line if it is on top of the carb. And can be adjusted to not interfere with the closure of the hood.

My new air cleaner wouldn't clear the distributor on my 89 4.3l tbi motor. I ordered these and the 1 inch riser worked perfect. Fit the factory tbi and the aftermarket breather very well. 1 riser was broken, im assuming during shipping, I didn't contact the seller as I didn't need it but that was the only downfall to this product

Three rings of different sizes so that you can adjust to clear what ever is interfering with air cleaner. In my case it was the electric choke on an edelbrock carb. Problem solved.
