This cover is the perfect fit for my cooling rack. The cooling rack is from a restaurant supply place but it's a standard size. I love that this cover can be easily taken on and off. There are several times when I need to use the cover while waiting for things to proof. My kitchen space is temperature controlled but this cover helps keep the air a little touch warmer and better for the proofing process.
