I like the item but wish it did not dull so easily. I can get only two 16 circles cut out of a 1/2†think piece of oak before it starts to burn then stop cutting. I’ve tried cutting it in steps but same issue

Purchased this to use with my Milwaukee M18 Router with plunge base. Main reason I bought it was for cutting circles in 3/4†wood for my sign business. The router bit was sharp, cut well, and has held up for numerous signs. I do not cut the whole 3/4†in one pass, I cut 1/4†at a time to make it a breeze. Definitely would recommend this product, great quality, at a great price.
