This swim costume was perfect from the get go, my daughter loved it, great quality. Best part of fitting, for an 8 year old with petite body, very difficult to find good swim outfit with modest covering, this is perfect, ordered another one in different color, she loved it so much.

She’s about 4’2†and 53# - the size 8 fit perfectly.She said that when she first pulled it on she thought it would be small, but once she pulled up the straps it fit as hoped.Love the colors. Very happy on first try.

Fits my long torso 12 year old daughter very well. Also seems pretty durable, she swims in a chlorine pool at least a couple times a week and its still going strong, 6 months after purchase.

I got my 8 year old a size 10. That's about her size in almost everything except shirts, she's between a 10 and 12. Shes at 50% for hight and weight for her age group. This bathing suit fits just as Id hoped. The material feels like what you'd expect from a bathing suit. My daughter loves it. And it's covers her bottom fully which I am so glad.The other I ordered with this one was actually delivered really late. I was already asleep and the package got stolen. Shame Amazon for thinking that everyone stays away until 9 pm....
