This is a great suit. Let me lay out the details for those who are picky:• Fit: I'm 6'1" with a lean athletic build and 200lbs. I ordered a 34 and it fits great. There's just enough room "down there" to be comfortable.• Side Inseam: The side inseam is probably around 3". Modest enough but not a trunk by any standard.• Drawstring/Lining: There's a nice solid drawstring inside and this suit is front & back lined with black inside.• Fabric: The fabric feels durable and the color has lasted well. This is great for beach or chlorine pools. It's not a "shiny" fabric but a comfortable smooth fabric.Overall it looks and fits great! I'd totally wear it to practice/meets or just to the beach. 10/10

I'm normally a 33 waist and I ended up going with a 36. Still FAR too small, I'll have to return it and unfortunately this design isn't in a 38... Buy at LEAST two sizes up, maybe 3. they are very form fitting but offer zero stretch, so you gotta be right on with the sizing to enjoy these. Otherwise, it's high quality and looks great, just got to get the right fit for you.

It was incredibly, dysfunctionally smaller than the measurement size listed.I don’t have my tape measure to show how small it is but I could barely get it farther than a few inches above my knees and that was a struggle.It seems that I should have ordered a size nearly double the size I needed.Keep your box and packaging for returning it.Returning it would cost me far more in transportation expenses than the amount of buying it so it’s nothing but a wasteful regret.Buyer beware

My husband is a senior and always buys Speedo swimsuits to wear when swimming in his masters swimming program. Sadly, for some reason these were lower in tha back than expected. Had to return. Color was very nice though.

I haven't own a Speedo for over 35 years, it used to be very fashionable for young man to wear a Speedo at the beach or the swimming pool. Apparantly the fashion never went away in Europe, but the classic Speedo brief is almost impossible to find in a swamwear shop. Oh, I still take the same size as 35 years ago, because the Speedo goes under my belly :)

I take a 38 in pants generally, but this suit is quite tight at a 38. I knew that was likely to be the case... but a size 40 isn't offered. I may not be in my prime athletic shape, but the Dad Bod is perfectly fine to walk around the spa in one of these (the reason for purchase). Would I wear it to the beach? Maybe... if I could order a size 40. It's not totally out of the question that men without six-packs might want to wear one of these. Such a shame it's not sold in those sizes. Otherwise it's a nice suit.
