This cap is keeping my cpap straps from pulling my hair out at night. I tried different hairnets, but they just kept ripping apart. This cap is substantial enough that it should last for a long time.

Fit is a bit off/smaller compared to the old Speedo silicone caps I wore when I swam competitively. The cap is well made, but it tends to slide off after about 10 mins of swimming. I spend a lot of my workout adjusting the cap between sets. Sometimes it slides halfway off of my head after doing a flip turn. Maybe I just got unlucky and got an odd one.

I have long, straight hair. Finding a swim cap that will give me a somewhat decent seal while not cutting off circulation to my brain has been a challenge. Most swim caps that advertise they are “for long hair†have a lot of extra room at the top, which on me just fills with air and looks ridiculous. I think the manufacturers making swim caps “for long hair†have in mind women with big fluffy hair, not long thin flat hair. However, when I buy ones that are not “for long hairâ€, they have NO extra room and seem to be made for guys with crew cuts. In fact, on this model, the directions inside the box showed how to put the cap on…if you’re a guy with a crew cut. But how to get it on while navigating long ponytails, hair pins, buns, and bangs? Good luck. It’ll be a 20-minute process just getting into the swim cap.Anyway, this cap was too small. Probably best for someone with short hair. Could not get it on over my hair, and returned it. The search continues.
