This would fit perfectly. But I have a sbc in a pontiac so my fuel lines run kinda close. I trimmed a little bit off the cover and it mounted with no issue!

Works on my '79 Chevrolet 3/4 ton 4x4 OK but only with small washer spacers between the aft lip and mounting surface or bending the flywheel clearance area.

It doesn't fit on my TH350 transmission and 4.4L engine.
