Just love these shoes for kids they look amazing

I have worn Sperry's my entire life. I have worn the same size forever! I ordered a pair of these shoes in that size, 6.5W. I also noticed there was a different color available at half the price, but my size was not available, but the next half size was. I took a chance and ordered the 7.0W in the grey, and the 6.5W in the brown. The grey shoes arrived the day before the browns. I was happy to discover they fit fairly well, I will just have to wear them with socks. The 6.5W brown pair arrived the following day. To my surprise, they are larger than the 7.0W pair! They are very loose, and exactly the same length as the larger size. I checked the interior tag and they are 6.5W, but seem more like 7.5 extra wide! This is a first for me, my Sperrys have always fit well. They are a great looking shoe, and have a soft insole which should be comfy, but they are too big!

The shoes are great but the laces are awful. My son goes to private school and wears these shoes every day. Within 4 weeks the laces broken and were totally useless. The real kicker is he doesn't tie his shoes every day because he wears them too lose. Also several of my students had sperrys with the same laces and theirs have also broke. Order the relacing kit with the shoes

Fits well...comfortable... rubber sole for good grip....easy for kid to put on/uses velcro with illusion of laces....will more likely buy a blue one to wear with my sons school uniform in the fall.

These are made of a nice heavy leather. I hope my grandson gets a lot wear out of them.

I purchased these for my wife who was born with AMC and uses a very small shoe size. She tells me they are the most comfortable she ever wore. I will purchase these again.
