I recently purchased a new (to me) bow. It came with a well loved arrow rest that was falling apart and actually appeared to be some kind of synthetic material at that. Amazon had the quickest and easiest fix with this listing. It includes two precut arrow rests with matching triangular side rests. Even with these precut, you may find they need a little tweaking to get just right to the size and shape of your shelf. I actually ended up cutting mine a touch too small, but it still works just fine. If you tear off your old one, you can line it up against one of these to make the cut more accurately.There are also two additional hair squares which I suppose are meant to offer a more custom cut option if you don't care for the usual shapes. The lighter color one is actually quite pretty and would make a nice match to any traditional bow. When cutting these, just make sure you have the hairs facing the right direction. Most importantly, the adhesion on these is perfect. They're going nowhere with regular use, but when the time comes to replace one, they will come up without damaging the surface of your bow. Definitely recommended for the true trad shooters out there.

Shooting 40 yrds using the stock plastic dbl sided tape arrow rest. installed this patch and immediately noticed about a 20% loss in power speed and distance

These patches are of good quality and big enough for various-sized rests. To customize the fit, you can cut and adjust the size and shape with scissors or knives. I didn't like the adhesive backing used on the first patch I installed. My second patch installation worked better by rolling the patch in different directions. I lightly heated the area of the bow that I would install with a hair dryer and then warmed the patch lightly before applying.

Quality tough materials with quality adhesive for shooting off the bow shelf. Trimmed rest to fit bow shelf. Side piece is good sized but not too large or too thick. Holding well with both vanes andfeathers...feathers do shoot cleaner but both work probably because the vanes are new. Would definitely buy again.
