Lost my first one so bought another and so glad I did. This thing does the trick. It doesn't bounce when running and very adjustable. Highly recommend this for holding phone, keys, etc while running or even running errands.

I love my spi belt for runs! I’m able to stick my phone, 4-5 gels, airpods, and my car key fob in there. It sometimes flaps around, but you just have to move your things around so that they aren’t weighing against the running movement. I’ve noticed I get absolutely no movement when I have my phone & a couple of gels in there, or just gels & my airpod case. The zipper is good quality it doesn’t get stuck and if it does it doesn’t get jammed for good. I find the best place is to have the pack resting on the small of your back rather than hang in the front. Color wise - I opted for black, but wish I got this in pink! Next belt I’d love to get the one that comes with the gel loops to free up more space in the pack itself.

Size very adjustable. Very lightweight. Easy to use. To look at it, you wouldn’t think it could hold a cell phone (at least my iPhone 14.) Comfortable. Modern-looking. I actually use it as an RN to hold my phone and pens at work when wearing scrubs like some FIGS that have no waist-level pockets. Easy to zip and unzip. Would recommend.

This is a pocket belt specifically for running. It does a great job fitting my phone and staying put when running. It is low profile and just what I needed. Not good for everyday carry stuff where you would need to access often for quick tasks, only for running.
