Used these when I replaced all of the U joints. Recommended to replace these when you replace the u joints. Use blue thread as well.

I did not buy this part from amazon, which, had I checked here first, amazon would have notified me it will not work for my truck. This part was recommended by an actual parts store and it did not fit, too small.Shoulda checked Amazon first! just a cautionary tale
