For the price, considering others is very well-made.Say 97% stainless that does not stick with a magnet. The only thing I could get to stick was the main grills but that’s really not an issue because you can always get new ones the burners, the shields, the shell, the grease tray all the hardware, except for the pinch bolts a very few, I don’t think are stainless I can’t tell for sure but those can always be replaced but your main grill all seems to be stainless if good quality I bought this because I’m tired of my grills rusting out and I think I will be happy. I have not used it yet, but seems to be of good quality.

Grill is very good quality. Heats up fast and we are enjoying it! The lights on the inside are great. Not sure how much it will take to keep the lenses clean but so far so good! Highly recommend.

The electronic igniter stopped working after 6 months. Battery has been replaced, to no avail.Very difficult to access the igniter compartment and next to impossible to find a replacement module. Have tried Amazon and Ebay with no success.Lighting the grill manually now.

Purchased for our outdoor kitchen, went to use for the 1st time and the Built-In Thermometer never moved off of 750 degrees! Trying to contact company for replacement, will just have to see how they are at Customer Service!!

Love this grill we built a outdoor kitchen and placed this and it’s beautiful! My husband loves it, and it got hot pretty quick we have natural gas pipe plugged in with it, so glad we bought this grill!

We eagerly anticipated this grill. Needless to say, we were very disappointed that when the installers removed it from the box to place into our outdoor kitchen, we discovered that the top was dented, and so was the inner piece adjacent to where the lights are housed. (You can see the dent on the grill top on the picture of the inside of the grill as well.) I will reach out to Spire to request replacement parts. This will prove costly for us, as we will need to pay for a second trip for the installers if they provide a replacement. We hoped to have a showplace outdoor kitchen, but now it is a definite let down with a brand-new dented grill top. I will provide an update if and when Spire communicates back with us.Same day update: I called the phone number on the owner's manual (not provided on the website). Customer service representative was very knowledgeable AND helpful. Spire is sending us a new grill top, and it should arrive in 1-2 weeks. I have increased our rating from one star to two stars. I will provide further feedback (and increase the number of stars) once the new grill top arrives and we have tried out the grill.Two Week Update: Grill cover arrived timely, for which we are grateful. We will have to pay to have it re-installed as part of our outdoor kitchen construction. The new grill cover did not include the exterior thermometer. Our installer will need to remove the thermometer from the damaged grill top and install it in the replacement, which is yet another annoyance with this purchase. I added another star for the timely arrival of the grill cover, but I am uncertain if I can recommend this product beyond three stars, due to the inconvenience and additional cost to us created by the grill top that arrived damaged. Once everything is properly installed and we are able to cook, I will provide an update.
