We have used these in our lab for culture of primary hippocampal neurons and several cell lines. After coating the slides with poly-d-lysine and laminin, the cells adhered well. We imaged the cells by confocal microscopy, and the image quality was good. We like these better than the Nunc Lab-Tek II slides due to the lack of glue. It's much easier to disassemble the wells from the glass slide without breaking the slide. They are also cheaper than any other products that I've found so far.
