This jacket is perfect for cold days!The sizing of the jacket as expected - my son wears an XS and that's what I ordered and it fits perfectly with room for him to wear next year. He has room to move around freely without the coat restricting his movements.The material is nice, thick and warm. My son has not complained about being cold while wearing this coat.The hood covers his head completely (which says a lot - my son has a big head) and covers part of his forehead.The length of the coat extends past his waist a couple of inches - it's not too long.The sleeves have an extended cuff that fits snug around the child's wrist. This is a feature that I absolutely LOVE because I can tuck his gloves underneath the sleeve and they stay put!!The coat holds up well in wet and snowy weather. It's waterproof and windproof.For $35 this is a GREAT deal. This jacket is a great buy all around and I love it! 100% recommend!Also, I had an issue with the zipper when I initially ordered the coat. I reached out to the seller and they responded quickly with a solution to my satisfaction! Great transaction all around.

At the current selling price of $39.99, this coat is a great value. I got the coat in an extra large for my daughter to use next year, and to have at the end of this winter in case she has a growth spurt. The coat fits as I hoped. My daughter currently wears a solid size 8, just about into a 10.The outside of the coat is smooth. The inside is like a puffer coat. There is an elastic cuff at the wrists to keep wind and snow out. The first thing my daughter said was "these pockets don't have zippers". Then we realized that there are 2 sets of pockets, one is easy to put your hands in and the other is deep pocket with a flap. The coat has a zipper closure, and 3 snaps.The coat is very well made and the zipper is great quality.

It stays warm and looks super cute. Minus a star because the material on the inside is slick and smooth, so it's really cold on her when she first puts it on. She would wear it more willingly if the lining was a different material that didn't feel so cold to the touch at first

This is a really nice coat, I was pleasantly surprised. Zippered coat with snaps to cover the zipper. Zipper runs smoothly, no snags. The coat has 4 outer pockets, 2 for hands and 2 with flaps to put stuff in. Lightweight yet thick and warm with stretchy wrist holes to keep the snow out. Overall, a really nice winter coat.

This jacket fits good and is very comfortable. It's definitely thick and warm for the colder weather. I like that it has a hood for the rain and snow. It's nice that the material around the wrists is tighter to help keep snow out.

I got this in size X-Large for my 11 year old daughter in the dark purple. The color is perfect. The outer fabric isn't shiny and has a tight weave. It's very puffy and thick. It's a good quality coat, but some parents will find the sizing tricky. My kiddo is tall and slim, so this coat is a little short on her. It comes to her hips and she says she prefers coats a little longer, like the other one she also wears. Also, like I said, she's slender and the XL just fits.A typically shaped 10-11-year-old might find this coat snug, especially over thick clothing, so ordering a size up would be a good idea, depending on the child. It's a good coat for the money, but watch the sizing.

This is a cute jacket, it is a tad smaller than I thought. The jacket does seem to hold up well in weather and cold, according to my thermometer I put in it. The jacket was about 15 degrees above the outside temperature. The water did not penetrate the outer shell. The lining is a soft liner and would be comfortable to wear for an extended period of time l. My son seems to enjoy wearing it, after all testing.
