I wanted to start jumping rope as an absolute beginner, and a beaded rope was recommended to me. I picked this one after reading the reviews and can say it has worked well for me. The handles are not too small or big, it was easy to change the length, and the overall quality is good. It has a good weight to it, not too much for me as a beginner, and has held up really well even though I'm hitting it against things on accident a lot.

Pretty standard for a beaded rope. No issues and good for a beginner. Ordered a Black and Red but the Red is ORANGE.

It definitely does what it says it could do. I'm a total beginner and I can now jump with this rope because it's length and materials make it move slow but also effortlessly and I don't have to have skill to not step on it or hit myself. Again it truly is good for beginners.
