This agility ladder is not only beautifully designed but also built with safety in mind. It’s flat, which makes for easy storage and maximum efficiency. The spacing between each step is just right for an effective workout. As someone who practices martial arts, I’ve been in need of an agility ladder to help with speed and space, and this one has been a total game-changer. Living in a small apartment, space is always a concern, but this ladder is compact enough for me to practice my kicks without taking up much room. This has been a good addition to my agility training for skiing.The included stakes keeps the ladder in position during the entire workout in spite of some of my not so agile movements.

I like how the two ladders can be joined together with velcro to make one long ladder. There are also included metal stakes inside the travel bag to anchor this in a grass or dirt field. A fun way to get some exercise outside! The plastic rungs are well built and the whole thing packs up nicely in the included drawstring bag.

The set includes two shorter ladders (10-feet each), which allows me to run two lines of players through footwork drills simultaneously. This setup enables more repetitions and quicker practice cycles, though the ladders can be connected with Velcro to create a single, long 20-foot ladder if needed.The ladders secure well to the field with the included hooked spikes. Though thin, these spikes are sturdy and made of quality metal, ensuring they hold up during practice. The ladder itself is constructed from durable nylon straps and flexible plastic rungs. This durability is essential, as my players often step on the straps and rungs with cleats. I’m confident it will withstand the frequent wear and tear.For storage, the ladder comes with an oversized drawstring carrying bag, which is a great convenience. We recently hosted a party where we were doing some outdoor relay races on agility like courses and these worked great! They came very nicely packaged in their own storage bag which was great and also came with stakes which made keeping it held down during hours of use a breeze. They feel super well made and we are very happy! I imagine we will have and use these with our kids for a long time to come!

This ladder set is great for home training. The two pieces are easy to velcro together. They fold up nicely, and with the storage bag, they take up a very small space. The rungs of the ladder are flat and easy to step over, and less of a tripping hazard which I appreciate.
