The first shipment arrived late then they delivered an empty package. The replacement option did not allow me to request a replacement without returning the original bracelet…that I never received. So I requested the replacement because I need it for homecoming now I’m being charged for 2 bracelets and I only received 1. The bracelet is really cute but not worth being double charged or the hassle.
