the set up directions left a bit to be desired - they didn't say what the bag was for nor how to use it, but i saw a picture so figured it out, and the remote was a bit confusing but also figured it out. the palm tree is very pretty and i'm glad i bought it! brings a nice glow to the deck in a dreary winter.

My current dislike is the control module at the end has gone nuts, lights are hardly visible, remote does nothing. We have a second tree and switch the control module and it worked fine. Any way to get a replacement control module???

I just love it. It has many lighting features on the remote control. In real life, it looks even prettier. You do have to play with all the leaves to make them look fuller.
