I engraved this decanter with my diode laser and it engraved beautifully! This is definitely my new go-to for gifts.I added a layer of black tempora paint in the area I wanted to engrave, allowed it to dry, and then engraved.

The seller should mention on outside the package that it's a glass item . Two times same mistake can't be ignored. Well if I get refund I will order again. If receive broken I will order again. I am totally irritated so let's see how many times they are doing same thing.

The product was good, as described and durable. Arrived on time. The problem is about 2-3 weeks after delivery I received an invoice from FedEx saying I owed them about $35 for shipping/handling/import fees. I paid the seller almost $40 to cover that when I purchased this product. Then I tried multiple times to contact the seller to clear this up and they did not reply to me at all. I had to go through Amazon customer service, who were very nice and helpful, to clear this up.So in my experience:Product - good, durable, nice lookingBut not worth almost the hassle and shipping feesSeller - I would give 0 stars if possible, does not reply to concerned customers, has hidden fees you don’t find out about until weeks later
