Holds temp even in outside temp in 20s. Easy to setup. Bubble feature was better than I expected. Height of sides is comfortable if you like to rest you arm on. Good quality doesn't feel cheaply made. Doesn't leak. I am recommending to friends.

purchased a couple of months ago, my husband and I have enjoyed this many evenings relaxing after a long day at work or a long day of hunting. Hot tub works great, had no issues at all. easy set up. easy to operate. the jets are amazing.

Leaked air on the first day of set up. Had to return product. It appeared to have been in the box a long time,places where ir was browning in folds like inbox for a long time.

Fits perfect on my porch. Hot tub works great but keep a close eye on your chemical balancing as I just found out it will turn green fast. We've only had it a couple of weeks and we have already had to change the water which was mostly my fault as I did not test the water every few days as I should have. Only big problem is if you need to change the water it drains extremely slow using a garden hose which is our only option. The adapter that comes with the hot tub in order to use your garden hose really reduces the about of water that comes out while draining as the hole is a little over a quarter of an inch around. That's really small for draining water.

Only worked for about a month then the HL code came on for filter. Did what instructions said, did nothing.

Straight forward set up, don't waste time exploring chemicals for water, bromine and baking soda will keep your hot tub free of algae, and your skin like a baby!
