This product works well for what I needed, which is to make a small batch of chocolates each week. I've used it several times and while I understand the surprise people have noted about it's thinness, I really can't see it just falling apart like other reviews suggest, and I'm not especially gentle with it. I use it with care but not like I expect it to break, and it doesn't.

Used this product to pour 248 degree hot Carmel into the molds, once cooled just turned over and popped them out easy peas! Cut my candy making in half.

Somewhat to my surprise found that I enjoyed making butterscotch candies, and needed a mold to shape them.A little spray oil over the top, then pour in the mixture, level off with a spatula and leave to set, or put in the freezer. Works perfectly every time. Pretty easy to get the candy out afterwards.Cleans easily enough (given that it's got loads of nooks and crannies), but a quick wipe under hot water or even shoving in the top rack of the dishwasher gets them clean enough. Used maybe a dozen times by now, and not showing any signs of wear and tear.
