Honestly, I didn't expect much. I only had an 8 oz spray bottle and ended up putting about half in there with hot water. I sprayed down my 29'er, which had an entire season's gunk on it, pretty thoroughly. Note to those living near a river, bay, ocean, lake, etc... This stuff will all go down your drain and make its way to open water (sewage treatment plants do not remove non-solids like oil and grease). So, being a good citizen, I put a couple wet paper towels over the drain in my driveway to filter the gunk (if there was any, I wasn't expecting much).Wow. Caked on gunk from the bottom bracket and underneath the bike... gone. Cassette... shiny. Chain... running my finger over it gets no oil on my hand just a tiny bit of grease. Hydraulic brakes... shiny and not squealing from stray oil now. Tires... reflective safety sidewalls shiny and reflective again, looking like new! Now... the rear derailleur had about 1/4 inch of gunk on the cogs. While that was softened, it did not come right off, but that's not surprising from a product that is not super caustic (I did not wear gloves, I have a couple cuts on my hands, nothing hurt through the whole process and my hands are not super dried out or anything). OK, so ... I decided to try something REALLY tough... the cork handlebar tape. That stuff has oil, grease, dirt and sweat ground in it to form some serious marks of rider honor! I sprayed the mixture on until it was soaked. After hosing off, about 3/4 of all discoloring was gone and the tape looked brand new. I bet with a tiny bit of scrubbing, I'd have gotten it all, but I'm too lazy today.Just like after any bike washing, I set the bike out in the back yard to air dry and will remove the last bits of gunk tomorrow, as well as re-oiling the chain, cogs, cassette, chainrings, and all the joints on the derailleurs. Note that I will do my best to avoid oil getting on the brake rotors, as that will lead to squealing brakes... or worse... slippage.Oh... and BTW, the part of my driveway where I did this is now clean too, not like it was etched, but pretty clean. The paper towel trick worked very well and I threw two very dirty towels into the trash in a bag.

I ride a gravel bike and probably put 50-60 miles a week on it. This cleaner is very similar to others on the market so thought I would order some. It arrived in a leaking box. Not really that much a big deal but I then had to find a bag to store it in which I did. The original box was a mess so needed to be thrown out too. I was recently in Florida riding and used this to clean my bike after. It seemed to do a fine job and got my bike clean. It mixed up fine and foamed up nice. Again, seems to work fine.

I do a fair amount of mountain biking and have never been very good about cleaning the bike very often. Up until this point I've generally just wiped it down with water and a rag and used a chain cleaner thing to clean the chain. This is a nice compact and relatively inexpensive way to get a good bike cleaner. The directions stated to mix it with 6 ounces of water for it to be a mild de-greaser and 24 ounces for more of an all purpose cleaner. I already have the chain cleaner contraption so didn't really need the de-greaser "feature" of this stuff.Like others, I picked up a cheap spray bottle, mix up the powder into the recommended solution and went to town. It did a great job of cleaning dirt and whatever else has built up on the bike frame, wheels and elsewhere. It wipes down clean didn't leave any residue that I would detect. I did wipe most things down with a wet rag after using this just to make sure all the bike cleaner was off the bike. It made everything look shiny and new, did not affect the paint or anything else in any way and did a great job overall. If you are looking for a pretty inexpensive way to clean your bike with less waste, this is a great option!

What it is: 10 pack of 1oz packets of liquid super concentrate biodegradable cleaner. Can be mixed with 750ml of water as a cleaner, or 220ml of water as a mild degreaser. Why I like it: As an avid cyclist who maintains my bikes, keeping tools and bike components clean is essential to help them last (removing grime, bugs, and grease), as well as for safety—it’s easier to spot potential issues with the frame and components on a clean bike. As with any cleaner, test this on a surface first to make sure it is compatible. I mixed it as a mild degreaser with 220ml of water and used it with my Park chain cleaner, and it works quite well. I then put it to the test on 2 pairs of pliers that had 15 years worth of grime on them. I sprayed them, and let them set for about 5 minutes. I then cleaned them with a paper towel, and I was happy with the results. After they were clean, I rinsed them thoroughly to remove any traces, and dried them. Overall, the 10 pack allows me to mix several batches at various strengths, and it’s a cost-effective option for keeping things clean!!

I have used Squirt products before and was anxious to try their cleaner / degreaser. I needed to do a quick clean on my bike and didn't have time to remove the chain for a full cleaning.I purchased a squirt bottle from my local dollar store and mixed up a packet. It's pretty green - but unlike the "Green" stuff - it did not damage the finish on my wheels.I gave the chain and rollers a light misting, let it set a few minutes then wiped it clean with a rag towel. The chain came amazingly clean and all the built up gunk on the rollers came right off.I'm very impressed with the quick clean ability - I look forward to mixing it a bit stronger when I do a complete drivetrain clean with the chain removed.

This is a great, easy to use product. Cleans both the 'normal' bike and my E-bike.I like the idea that it is concentrated and you mix it up at home, thereby cutting back on loads of unnecessary packaging.Great value for money too.The 10 pack should last a while, but would definitely recommend and will definitely buy again
