Second set of these I own now. They really work great. They bring my pickups back up to original height and don't affect the ride much. If anything it rides nicer. Firmer. They are easy to install and well made. I had air bags on my old pickup and was never happy with them. They started leaking so I put SuperSprings on. I had already put them on my new pickup. I highly recommend them. By the way they are less expensive than the air bags.LC

I purchased the Supersprings and adapters for a 2012 3/4 ton Chevy gas engine truck with a Deweze hydraulic bed. The customer said that he sometimes puts 2 big bales on at once, so I opted for the heavy duty Supersprings kit with 2 leafs and used the adapters. The customer tried it out and absolutely loves the way the truck rides now!! He made sure to let me know at least 3 times how happy he was with the Supersprings. Customer is happy, I am happy! I’ll be recommending these for all my rancher customers! It took me about 2 hours to install, start to finish, and most of that was just trying to figure out what position I wanted them in.

The rear springs of my '16 F350 Dually are so soft that not even airbags and Rancho adjustable shocks could stop the truck from porpoising and chucking when towing my 5th wheel. Sometimes it got so bad I was afraid of losing control. Sure I changed the tongue weight back and forth but that only went so far. Airbags and shocks did the trick on my '08 GMC while my '15 RAM just needed bags for leveling. The Ford needed something more. Not knowing how well the SuperSprings would work I ordered the SSA13's because they were 2 leafs per side. Did the install using 2 bottle jacks. Used one to lift the truck by the front leaf spring mount. This arced the stock spring more to the shape of the SuperSprings making it easier to work with. Attached the front mount first then used the 2nd bottle jack and a block of wood between the jack and bed to push the rear of the SuperSpring down. The 2 leafs per side turned out to be a bit much. It was almost like 3 leafs per side because the SuperSprings now bring the stock overload leaf into play by pushing down on them. The truck barely squatted when I put the trailer on it and it rode like a rock. Too much to the other extreme. It is possible to to remove a leaf from the SSA13 giving you an SSA16. So that's what I did. I removed a leaf from each side and tightened the springs one setting higher on their mount. This brought the overloads into play even without the trailer. The difference in the truck is day and night. Only a minimum amount of air is needed in the airbags to level when towing. Porpoising is gone completely and chucking is nothing more than a gentle bump. Driving without the trailer connected is great too. The truck is stiffer like a sports car but not a kidney-buster.So take a look at the SSA16's if they apply. They're less expensive and essentially what I ended up installing with great results. YMMV.

Had issues with this kit. called supersprings on problem. This will not fit a 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD Z71 off road. Have to use ssa10 kit.

My company ordered eight 2015 F250 XL work trucks fitted with Royal service beds and pipe racks. The XL F250's came with the base springs, no camper spring w/ extra load perches or springs. The trucks brand new and unloaded were setting about 2" lower than the front end in the back. We could not use the tow bar hitch without dragging in and out of sloped entrances, or use the rear tire to step over into the bed. I saw this product on a 2016 F250 we ordered with a Royal bed. I called the local dealer and they wanted 500 bucks. Of course Amazon had them much cheaper and free Prime shipping which is insane for such a heavy product. I installed these myself with a floor jack, stands and basic hand tools. They lifted the truck about 2 inches using the middle holes. The ride is much improved it is not harsh whatsoever. This has been a simple, fast to install effective spring solution. Before I saw these I was about to go to the local spring shop and pay $650 to have them add leafs to the factory springs.

On the bottom hole front and back it raised my truck 1.5" on a 2015 Silverado 2500 HD. Makes the ride a little stiffer, but not much. Haven't hooked to the camper yet. I pull a 14,000 gvwr 5th wheel. For installation: jack up under axle u-bolt, use a jack stand, remove tire, install the mounting kit, place spring on top in desired location, swing rear shackle down, put bolt through one of the three holes and tighten nut. For the front the spring will be about 18" above the factory leafs. Position a large floor jack under the front spring shackle and jack it up until the super spring is close enough to the factory spring to get your c-clamp on. I used a 6" clamp and had to shim my jack an additional 1.5" to get the two springs close enough to get c-clamp on. Pull the springs together with the c-clamp and put the bolt through the desired hole. Next I installed the hardware attaching the spring to the mounting bracket. Now that I know how to do it, I could probably install another set in under an hour. Took a lot of trial and error on the first side. Good luck and I hope this review helps somebody!!

These springs are the cats ass. I installed them on a 1 ton cube van. I am a tile setter and I always have a loaded van with my tools and setting materials. I found that it used up all my payload and when I would load a skid of tile on top of it, it would ride on bump stops. With the supersprings, BAM it's like I have an empty van! It even stops the "boat" like rocking. Would recommend anyone who hauls heavy stuff to put these on asap

It was very optimistic when I received the product as great reviews. Now I look back at it and think was that because they have some of their products are really good or is that because they've paid for good reviews. Either Way installing them was a nightmare. The directions are horrible and the only one video that has A dually the Box is off. A mechanic also has a air tool that I can't find. I have a cube van and will never be taking the cube off so video is totally unrealistic. When I finally managed to get one side done the pos spacer bracket broke and shifted, now I have to work on removing the springs cause I don't want my original leaf springs to by damaged as the spacer isn't sitting proper. The video with the truck box off he installs in 2 or 3 mins lol what a joke why don't you make real videos and real situations supersprings. To finally get on and start to uninstall because of the crappy spacer has taken me all day. Tomorrow going to have to make my own spring Compression tool and see if I can get it appart. I use for my construction company so downtime is a killer. If you own a cube van look elsewhere these are not it trust me.
