I was surprised at how small it was. I thought it would be bigger and fluffier, but I am happy with it. It definately could have more fiberfill inside it. That is my only complaint. It is comfortable. It fits well on my full head pillow. I have a fairly new tragus piercing and I had been having to place my hand beside my ear to shield it from being smashed against my pillow. I slept comfortably with the little pillow. It is small enough that it can travel with me easily if needed. It has a small zipper that will allow me to add some extra fiberfill. I am happy with my purchase.

It's fine if you use it for a few minutes but it's a bit too hard for overnight. I like the purpose it's meant serve, just needs to be more comfortable.

So I didn’t buy this for ear piercings but instead to be able to lay in bed (on my side) with my earbuds in. It works great for that so I can snooze while listening to ASMR and not have my ear hurt because of my earbud.

The promo picture and what I received is TOTALLY different. The pillow is not round, as shown in the pic. The stuffing is SUPER dense and lumpy. I bought these for my therapy practice. Poor quality stuffing. Appropriately, this should receive a negative star rating.

Must have if you have piercings! I am a side sleeper and was having issues with sore piercings, this solved it and also doubles as a good travel pillow.
