Good quality fabrics, plastic clips to fasten the tights under the skates. I did note that the sparkles can and do fall off the tights, nothing that can't be fixed with a little sparkle glitter. This item fit as described without issues in size medium.

These over the boot skate tights are nice. They seem to be a nice thick material and my daughter loves that there are crystals on the legs for added sparkle. The tights clip under the skate boot and they give a nice clean long line look to the skater's leg. Overall, we are pleased with these tights. They're a great option if your skate program doesn't have a lot of lunges or any moves that have you dragging the side of your skate boot on the ice.
