Seller reached out and resolved any issues I had with the item. 10/10 customer service!It’s incredibly sturdy and works well but I was less than thrilled to have to run to the hardware store to find matching screws. Good storage, good sized but annoying.

i like iti don’t like that it wasn’t a door hook. i wasn’t aware of that. but i just put it in my closet so i guess it’s ok.would’ve really appreciated this being a door hook tho
