Zesting was a breeze and it came with a cover to store and protect the zester which is a great addition. The little brush works so well too to get all the bits of zest off.

I finally bought myself a zester that I have wanted for a long time. I used other gadgets but I wasn't getting what I wanted. Since I've never used one like this, I am finding practice makes perfect. The blades are quite sharp and it took a little time to use it with ease as in the beginning the lemon kept catching. I'm a rookie with some new toys. It does remove quite a good amount of zest which I was pleased with. It is a good product. I like that after I am done that it comes with a cleaning brush and a sheath which adds protection when in the drawer because as I said it is rather sharp.

Just received this zester and tried it with fresh ginger for infusing tea. It worked great, and the grated ginger infused a lot more flavor than just slicing the ginger thinly. The zester feels sturdy, seems well made, and has a good size. I will be using this tool often.

When the grater arrived I was very pleased with the packaging. Very classy. I used the grater with parmesan cheese and it was efficient and grated fast and perfectly. It was very easy to clean and store. I highly recommend this grater.

Sweet i finally found a very nice quality zester! I love the extra attention to detail with the protective shield during storage, the little brush to clean the blades, down to the thank you card with owner contact information if help with the item is needed.
