This is a small sifter, but it seems to be the perfect size for what I need. 45 degree angle, give it a little shake, and get a nice even sprinkle of flour on the bread mat or pizza peel. The mesh top seems to let just the right amount through.

I liked that it came with a cap..it fits snug...but the mesh screw on lid cant be screwed on tight if you try it will jus go loose again..if that makes sense. Because of that issue when you try to take the plastic lid off it pulls the mesh lid off too. So I have to just set it on top to cover but not push it down so it's useable.

Works well and being stainless steel it will clean up easy. I originally had one from pampered chef, it worked great, but was made out of plastic and after a few years the plastic ring broke and it was no longer usable. I bought this one and everything on this is made of stainless steel, so it's components should not break.
