I ordered these thinking they'd work with M6 machine countersunk screws. They didn't...not even close. Rather than return them I put them into my bin mat I'll use them someday. I wish these descriptions would educate us amateurs on sizes...I am ignorant and need help. I wish I understood how "#" sizes work. These #8 washers weren't even close to working with M6 countersunk machine screws. So I called Tacoma Screw and the guy on the phone educated me and so I bought the #14 stainless finish washers from them and from now on will go to them whenever I am in doubt. Nothing wrong with the washers other than I wanted my time and money ordering them from Amazon.
