The metal is a bit thinner than I had expected. It's not as durable as the other scrapers I have, but it does the job. The angle is great and it's quite sharp.

They work good for the price, the handles are lose and appear cheaply made. However did not fall apart after use, and blade part sharpens up good.If you are looking for something for heavy commercial use I would invest in a better quality made product.

I wish someome could have answered this when I was shopping for scrapers: How thick is the metal? .040".The two pack leaves one at camp for the flat top. One at home for cast Iron cookware.Can't complain for the price. Oil the handles and don't soak in water. Solid thru rivets on handles.
