I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue and found out the left anchor to put on the State licence plate was missing. The whole was round, not square. The anchors at the local car shops did not carry the round ones. I am so glad I found these on Amazon. It worked perfectly!!!

I have a 2016 Chevy Express cargo van with factory OEM speakers mounted in the bottom of the 2 front doors. I bought some after market speakers to replace the mediocre OEM speakers. Those OEM speakers were mounted to the doors with rivets that I had to drill out that left some ragged holes in the sheet metal. I didn’t trust using sheet metal screws to hold the new speakers to the doors. The speaker opening in each door is a “blind†hole - there is no access to the back of the hole to get a lock washer, flat washer and nut on a screw. I thought about license plate holding hardware and decided to try that. I drilled the 4 holes the diameter of the square hole needed for the nylon inserts and used a square file to square up the corners to end up with square holes. I snapped a nylon insert into each of the 4 holes for each speaker. The 1/4†diameter stainless steel screws that come with the inserts fit perfectly through the speaker mounting housing holes and into the nylon inserts. This holds the speakers firmly held in place and they will not vibrate loose. I’m very happy how this turned out!

I had to replace the plate and when attempting to remove, the threaded round nut twisted off on both sides. I had to drill out the whole slightly, but these inserts worked perfectly.

I needed to hire help to change my license plates because the old screw were rusted so badly.This cannot be used with Toyota vehicles. They are rust resistant, which I wanted, but technician could not use them. I kept them because I occasionally have a need for screws that can withstand outdoor use.Good value for money* NOT FOR TOYOTA 😊
