Well made, but the portion sizing is off. I use the single portion hole for two people, the two portion hole for three people. If you used the portion holes as recommended you'd get restaurant size portions, which is OK if you want to take half of it home with you, but I bought it to keep my portion size, and my waist size, down.

It's hard to get a consistent quantity of uncooked pasta into the chosen hole. OK for estimating the quantity but I haven't developed a good system of packing the chosen hole in a way that will be consistent from one time to the next. Hard to control the pieces going in separately from the pieces that almost don't fit around the edges -- or do they? Should have come with a 45 page instruction manual.
