I love this pan, it’s a little smaller than I thought it was going to be but it works great. The silicone holder around the pan is a great idea, no need too put foil around the bottom when you have to sit the cheese cake in water to bake. The pan set also came with parchment paper rounds which helped out a great deal.

I bought this springform pan for making cheese cakes in my Pitboss pellet smoker, works great, used several times now with no issues. I bought for the silicone liner to keep water out of the cheese cake cause I always do the water bath method. Easy to clean, and nicely built.

Decent spring board pan . The pan itself have a little weight to it and a little thickness. The protective oven safe pan is decent quality. Rubber is thick not flimsy . I made three cheese cakes and no leakage yet

After the madness of the holiday season, baking life has returned to normal in our household - so my wife recently made me my favorite chocolate cheesecake!Using this stainless steel spring-form pan from HIKOLVOL she found it to be a HUGE improvement over our old rusty, leaky and well used pan from the '80's. .(see photo) This pan is rust-proof because it's made from high-quality, food-grade 304 stainless steel. It's also BPA-free, and free of any nonstick coatings. The set includes a silicone protector for leak-proof baking, 50 parchment papers, and a detachable bottom with a secure latch for easy release and cleanup.The silicon protector pan is oven-safe up to 450°F!The pan heats evenly, is compatible with pressure cookers (not that we would ever use it that way) and is dishwasher-safe for complete cleaning. This pan is much more reliable than our old one. I really liked this came with parchment paper. Weird thing to like, I know. But it makes baking cheescakes very convenient. I love the silicone feature and that I can still unbuckle the cake pan without loosing form. Works decently.
