This product allowed for doing a number of doors at the same time, and they made flipping the doors over very easy. I did it with my husband - no extra big strong helpers to do the work.

This are awesome, but I was overwhelmed when I got them. No directions. Really? So I jumped in and had impressive success right off the bat. Here is what I did:1) Screw in to the top and bottom of the doors. I had 3 doors, all the same size. I attached these 3" from the edges and this worked well for flipping. When you screw them in, try to keep them at 90 degrees. If slightly off, will make it hard to stack later. Go ahead and screw all the way in--do not leave lose or it will be hard to stack later. When done, the round part that sticks out should be next to the door (if you attach backwards, it just won't work).2) Paint one side of the door and the ends (when you flip, paint the ends again--this is the only way to get most of the top and bottoms of the doors--the triangles block a bit of the door towards the ground). I found it works better to leave the left and right sides until they are all stacked, then you can paint the sides all at once.3) To flip...I found if I used the side with the door handle hole it helped. Pull the side of the door vertical using the door handle hole. Next, sort of walk down the door to one end. Hold the plastic triangle and slowly lower the door (only holding the triangle). Once on the ground make sure all the triangles are correctly placed (see picture in packaging). I had to manually rotate the triangles not on the ground (they don't swing freely)--rotate clockwise so you don't accidentally unscrew the triangle.4) Next door. Stack on one side of the previously painted door. I found it easiest to have the door vertical to make sure it was parallel and correctly placed for stacking onto the first door. Lower it slowly to make sure it will stack--if you miss it, just raise up, reposition and repeat (it's really much easier than it may sound). The triangles sort of interlock, which helps keep them from sliding once placed. Make sure the second door side is secure on one side of the first door. The other side should be on the ground (at this point you have one door on the ground, one side has the next door stacked on top of it, and the other side of the next door is on the ground). Go ahead and paint the door. Then repeat step 3 to flip it onto the first door. Once down, check the triangles and make sure they are interlocked. I had one that was not square (90 degrees) and it wouldn't interlock, but still able to complete this project--so not a show stopper.I suggest practicing stacking before painting. This will help you figure out how they work and let you know if you need to make an adjustment before you have to worry about wet paint. These are totally worth figuring out if you have a bunch of doors to paint. Good luck!

We used these during the remodel of our daughter's home. It made the job go much faster. The ease of turning the doors made the job an easier task. Easy to assemble and sturdy.

I was put off by the price of these, but considering the amount of wood I need to stain and paint (10 pallets of tongue and groove), I bit the bullet and ordered three packs of 12. They are very simple pieces of plastic that probably cost a dollar each to manufacture so the price really is offensive, but after staining 48 boards in a couple of hours with this system I was a believer! Very much a game-changer, and I ended up ordering 3 more packs! Today I stained 96 boards in 5 hours, and only took up a 10x 8 foot space. Highly recommend, if you can afford it.

These may be fine for hollow core doors but they definitely are not for heavier solid wood doors. Spray finishing is again, probably fine but applying stain and then rubbing the finish will cause the screws to rip out from wobbling.

If you’re a painter and frequently paint doors, this is a no-brainer. Saves time by allowing you to flip the door and paint both sides, while saving space and allowing you to stack when done. Product is good quality and heavy duty plastic. I am painting 8’ solid wood doors w my project and have stacked 7 doors without any concern of them falling. Highly recommend.

These are super handy for painting multiple doors of a horizontal plane in order to avoid sags and runs. The stacking feature is good but only for lighter doors, anything that's solid core and you wouldn't want to stack more than a few because you're relying solely on the screws, not the plastic mount. With beefier screws they'd probably hold up just fine. The rotating feature works well.Be sure to install them close to the edges and at even distances from the edge so they flip and stack well.

As much as like these, I did find them expensive but innovation comes at a cost I suppose. They were easy to set up and easy to use. A little unsteady on the larger heavier doors when flipping over but I was doing it on my own. Overall I found them most helpful, would have purchased more if they had been less expensive…. I had a household of doors to do!!

I've used them on a couple jobs now. They work as advertised and make painting easier. It definitely helps save room on the job site. I also use them to stand door on their side so they won't warp.
