Great sturdy waterproof bag for wood pellets- lets us just keep them on the cart with the pizza oven and not think about it. Seems pretty resistant to tears or scratches and holds the full bag of pellets. Plan on letting it air out though - strong chemical/plastic smell when it is first opened.

Like a kayaking drybag, but extra tough! It works well to keep pellets dry, even under days of heavy rain.The small clear pocket is useful to put an indication of which type of pellet is in there. I just cut a piece of the original pellet bag with the name of the wood and stuck it there.Beware though, the volume is limited, and will only take full bags of pellets if they are small enough. If you get one of the big pellet bags you'll have leftovers.

We converted our wood fire pit to a pellet fire pit this spring. I ordered several bags of pellets before they became too much in demand. When they arrived, I realized I ordered too much because I had trouble finding room to store them. I noticed this 20lb bag at the perfect time!It didn't have any reviews when I ordered it, but as it was processing and being shipped, a review popped up that it didn't have a proper seal. That surprised me! I figured a "waterproof outdoor container for pellets" should have a good seal. I reserved judgment, though, because it looked like there was a folded closure that would be sufficient. Upon unpacking it and getting a good look at it, I can confirm that it doesn't have a traditional seal, but it does seal well enough to make it easy to pour into the pit. I wish it had a zipper, but I understand the idea behind the folded concept.The bag seems nice and thick, but without the weight, that can add to a heavy-filled bag. It's easy to hold and transport, so it's perfect for camping or walking from the shed to the fire pit out in the backyard. For $21, I wish it came with a zipper closure, but this will serve my purpose well enough to use it for my pellets.

I was excited to try this since I got a wood pellet grill and thought this would make it easier to store the wood pellets outdoors without risking them getting wet/damp.The fabric is heavy and definitely waterproof. The straps are sturdy and sewn on well so I expect they'll hold up for years. The bag holds 20 lbs of wood pellets but note it won't hold that much of other fuel types since it's all about cubic volume. I like the window that makes it easier to gauge how many pellets are left in the bag. I also like the placement of the straps that make it easy to pour pellets from the bag.Perhaps I should've been able to know this from the info on the product page, but I was surprised to find that the top of the bag doesn't seal at all. There are no instructions to show how to fold over the top to keep out water so I had to use some trial and error to come up with an approach. Without a seal, I expect that bugs and stuff will be able to get in.If I had understood the design before ordering, I would've chosen something else.

I love out pellet grill, but I hate that you then have to store a huge bag of pellets in the house, so I ordered this. I love it. It holds a good amount of pellets. It keeps them from getting wet, and this looks a lot better than a bag.

I've been keeping my pellets in a 5 gallon bucket since I got my smoker. It keeps them dry but it doesn't fit under the smoker so I've had to keep them in the garage. With this Stanbroil bag I can finally fit my pellets on the shelf under the smoker. Here’s what I like and don’t like about this pellet bag:****************************************************LIKES*Capacity - This bag holds a deceptive number of pellets. I haven't tried putting a full bag of pellets yet (because I always end up putting some directly into the smoker hopper) but I definitely think it will hold it. It's almost as big as my 5 gallon bucket when it's open so it holds quite a bit.*Quality - The bag is made from a synthetic canvas-like material. All the edges seem stitched and sealed really well and I think it'll hold up to years of use.*Air Tight - though this is technically a fabric (canvas) bag the inner surface is coated with rubber. It has a roll top closure (like a dry bag) so when you fold the top over several times and secure the clip it makes it airtight keeping out moisture and humidity.*Label Window - There's a clear window on the side of the bag so you can slide a card in that tells you what type of pellets are in the bag. I'll definitely be getting more of these for different types of pellets so it's nice that they included a way to keep them all organized.*Flexible - This is the best part about this thing. Full of pellets and securely sealed I can still squish it down and fit it underneath the smoker on the built-in shelf. I'm sure it's not fireproof so I won't keep it there while I'm actually using the smoker but for storage purposes it's fantastic and I love the fact that it's flexible.*Value - at only $23.49 I think this is a fantastic value. It's more expensive than a five gallon bucket but SO much better.****************************************************DISLIKES*None****************************************************Overall I couldn't be happier with this pellet bag and I would definitely recommend it. I'll be getting several more of these awesome bags for sure.
