Built lighter than motorcraft cv237. Disappointed it didn’t come with new gasket. Same exact thing local was $20 more but did have nice new gasket. As with replacing anything on carb, you don’t want to be forced to reuse 30 or 40 year old gasket. So, congrats Hygrade, which is a cheaper version of Stamdard, you made an extra buck not including the required gasket. Would’ve likely rated 4 stars with gasket.Why not 5 stars? The pin that holds thermostat not as robust or pinned as well as motorcraft. Spring or thermostat itself is less robust. How it’s fastened to plastic cap is less robust. Simply not as well made as factory. Without gasket, this is about $10 overpriced.
