Company did not issue a full refund . Had to ride with vehicle not running correctly until mechanic could replace with a NAPA EGR than worked correctly Failed within 2 days

This part was bad out of the box. I installed it and heard a loud hissing noise coming from it. My engine ran worse than ever. I drove it a while and my mechanic checked it out. He found it had a massive vacuum leak. My mechanic believes that the diaphragm is ruptured. The problem is that it took me a couple of weeks to have the time to install this part and now that I know it is bad it is too late to return it. $55 dollars in the trash now and I have to buy one from a local parts store for $85. Waisted time and money Do not buy this item unless you can have it installed and checked immediately.
