I love the cup it stays cold for hours! The rose quartz color is lovely. Amazon, you must figure out how to ship the product without the straw sticking out the side of the box! The first one I ordered the entire straw tip was sticking out and the tip was damaged, so I sent it back and requested a replacement. The replacement arrived very fast, but the straw was sticking out again. This time the straw was not damaged, so I decided to keep it.

I am very satisfied with my cup. The size is pleasing, the cup is obviously real, and the grip is comfortable. Yes, they do leak. But there are solutions to it: Purchase leak stoppers of the right size and type for you cup. They're avaliable on here, bought them before. No issues with the cup, just please don't be rough with it. The appearance is dazzling.
