I have been using my Arrow forever and it still works after 40+ years. However, it has it's limitations.This one is an upgrade with more versatility than I thought it would have.First it comes with 3 different type of staples. The standard square type that everyone knows all about. A 'U' shaped staple that is perfect for routing computer wires or round springs of a chair. Last is a brad. Yes it is a bit short but I tested it going through some flooring I was laying last week. I know this stuff is very hard as I bent a few other brads where I needed to pin it down.I first left it at the pressure it came set at and it did not do well. I adjusted it down to about 1/8" from full pressure and it set perfectly. Flush, clean and no burr at all.The puller works exceptional as well. My old one is just a pry, nothing more. This one has a fulcrum so it 'lifts' the staple.Price is very good as well. A few months ago I had an emergency repair while out of town and had to grab a new stapler. It was a new style Arrow and costs 28 dollars. This one is 15 bucks but I like it better.I highly recommend this stapler and hope you found this review helpful.

It's a manual staple gun that's great for smaller projects. I used it to add strips of felt to the wooden slats on my new bed during assembly. It was easy to use as a the staples went in pretty flush so that's perfect, I don't have to worry about stable heads snagging my mattress. It's also pretty easy and straightforward to load. I like that it came with 3 different types of staples to fit a variety of projects and uses. It's a must- have for your craft closet.

I got this staple gun to help me hang some bistro lights on my patio. The included u shaped staples worked well to get this done. I adjusted the pressure to low and ensured that I had the light's wire centered before I stapled the lights into place. It worked well and I never had any jamming issues or anything. It is also very easy to swap the different types of staples. Overall I am happy to have this and will continue to use it for various projects going forward.

Got this staple gun to reupholster some kitching sining chairs that have outdated fabric on the seat. We cut the fabric to size and wrapped the cushions before stapling them in place. What an easy and quick diy that saved us a bunch of time and money. Works great!

This staple gun is like my duct tape, it fixes everything. Broken screen, fixed! Fabric pulling off of the chair, fixed! Can’t hang your poster, the stapler did it all. It’s heavy duty but still light weight. I had no problem using it and I use it for everything!
