our septic pump went out and the septic company wanted $650.00 for a new pump. We found this one same size for almost half the cost. was super easy to install. and now our septic system is working perfectly again. The last pump lasted about 10 years, so hoping this one lasts that long too.

Our septic pump when out on a Wednesday but we didn't have time to really look at it until Friday. I was worried we would have our septic back up so I ordered this, instead of paying an emergency call fee. This was just what we needed and saved us several $$$.

I installed this myself and was not as difficult as imagined. The only complaint I had was the the cord was a little short for the logistics of the connections but can be overcome with some thought. That's the only reason for the click down on the stars with the review.

The original lasted 5 years so I got this exact same replacement and it lasted another 5 years. Lots of relatives in my house so yours could last considerably longer.

I tried to return it to get a replacement and cannot get hold of anyone. Amazon said it was too late to return it. When I got hold of the extended warranty I bought they said it was still under the original warranty. I have not been able to to get in touch with anyone to get this taken care of. I have never had such a bad experience with a company before to get something handled.
