Mounting brackets were easily installed on the RV ladder. Starlink dish attaches to pole securely. Pole is then easy to install onto the ladder brackets. Excellent product.

The bag I received had a ripped zipper and was not usable and very cheaply made. The pole setup works. Had to make something else to allow for the star link mini to firmly support.

Was missing some hardware needed for installation. Returned.

Appears to have been opened and at least set up. The velcro straps are missing, the storage bag is dirty and the hex key tool is missing. the instructions and parts list is in the box but wadded up in one of the plastic bags.

The pipe has a larger diameter than I anticipated. Make it a little difficult to manipulate in the ladder holder but I assume it will hold up better in the wind? Only time will tell.
