This tripod came with a pipe adapter so another part wasn't needed. Fully extended and tightened, it is very sturdy. I don't have to worry about the wind with this tripod.The tripod can be placed on a variety of flat surfaces for easy setup. Suitable for different scenarios such as traveling, sailing, camping, yard, living room and so on. The tripod is very lightweight and compact and can easily fit in a backpackOverall, this is the best tripod I've seen so far.
