I got this to just mess around with as I have been trying to learn an assortment of other instruments. It looks great with a quality finish. The action on the keys is smooth. It comes with a guide, slide oil and a polishing cloth and it all stores in a form fitted case. I can't tell you how well it sounds as it has taken me some time to get use to the small mouthpiece (I used to play trombone). But it appears to be of surprising quality for the price.

Im not a musician but this trumpet didn't work for my daughter. I tried moving the valves around and putting valve oil on but it just seems blocked and hard to get air through.

This is definitely made well beyond expectation for the price point; the valves move smoothly, the brass is well finished, the tuning slide loops were lightly greased and moved smoothly but not loosely, and the instrument tuned easily and quickly. I went into this with low expectations given the price and comparable prices of used, much less new, big-name music store trumpets, and am very impressed. Buying this trumpet outright costs less than six months of rental rate, and I've been paying for a few years for my son to learn and play in the school band. And this appears to be as equal as I can tell to the rental instrument he has. I was expecting too good to be true, but sometimes, it's for-real, and this one is for-real.

Very impressed by how nice this trumpet is! I love that it even comes with a carrying case! Everything is just as described in the ad. No dents or damage whatsoever. I got this for my husband who wants to learn to play the trumpet! This is very straightforward and has all the features of any normal trumpet. This is definitely a fraction of the price especially when you look at Trumpet prices from music stores. Super easy to take apart and clean. If you do have any questions about that there are plenty of videos online as well. After trying it out everything is 100% as it should be. Sound quality is excellent and you can easily hit all of the notes that you need to with little effort! This definitely does everything that it is supposed to do! Really could not be happier and definitely think it's a steal at this price! Amazing quality and attention to detail! 10/10

The trumpet isn't built to last or didn't even come with good parts. It didn't play well. We couldn't even lift the valves smoothly to oil neither will they go back after. It was a struggle. Return is not free and you will need to pay for return which is about 20% of the price itself if you are from Toronto and you need to return to QC
