why buy a new starter when this rebuilds yours to new condition if everything else checks out.

Good looking, and should be fine, but a review with only 0 use of the item is not much to go by. I'd rather read a review after a couple of hundreds hours are on the device. These look fine, and will probably hold up. I'd buy again in a heartbeat. Good Luck!
