Not a fast or easy install on Honda CRV, but it is very quiet and works great.

This starter was to replace an original equipment starter that seemed to have random malfunctions. This was an Amazon choice buy. Took the car and the new starter to a local five star mechanic who tried to replace it but it would not function when installed. The mechanic removed this new starter and replaced it with the original starter which exhibits the same random malfunctions. Amazon often does sell crap.

The starter is great quality and value for money. Had mechanic installed and it starts on first turn. Hopefully it will last awhile but I kept original to rebuild just in case. Starter comes from Mexico which is a plus compared to overseas.

I couldn’t believe how much a replacement starter cost at the local chain auto parts store. Checked several and was dumbfounded on the cost. Looked on Amazon and found this Company and figured I would take a chance. The starter arrived two days later well packaged and in perfect shape. I was very impressed with the build quality of this starter. It is not a rebuild it’s a brand spanking new unit. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER.
